The Good TC LLC ("The Good TC," "we," "us") runs thegoodtc.com and Claire, an AI transaction coordinator that real estate agents hire to coordinate their transactions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
Who this covers
It covers agents who use The Good TC, and the other people on an agent's transaction whose details we receive: buyers, sellers, lenders, title and closing staff, inspectors and the other side's agent or coordinator.
What we collect
- Agent account details: name, email address, phone number and brokerage.
- Transaction documents: purchase agreements, amendments, reports and other documents sent to Claire, and the details in them, such as property address, price, dates and the names and contact details of the people on the deal.
- Messages: emails (and, where an agent turns texting on, text messages) sent to or from Claire about a transaction.
- Connected inbox (optional): if an agent chooses to connect a Gmail or Microsoft inbox, Claire reads messages about that agent's active deals with read-only access. The access token is stored encrypted, and the agent can disconnect at any time.
- Feedback: ratings and comments agents leave about a deal.
- Technical information: the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To read contracts, build transaction timelines and send the updates, reminders and requests that coordinate the deal.
- To show agents and their clients the status of their transaction.
- To prepare documents for signature when an agent asks.
- To bill our fee through the title or closing company, and to process refunds.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- The people on the transaction. Claire sends each person the updates and requests that apply to them. She does not share one client's private details, such as loan specifics, with the other side.
- Service providers that process data for us: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and document storage), Anthropic (the AI that reads documents and drafts messages), Postmark (email delivery), Microsoft (Claire's mailbox), and, when those features are used, DocuSign (electronic signatures) and Twilio (text messages). They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
- In a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
How long we keep it
We keep transaction records for as long as the agent's account is active, so agents can refer back to past deals. An agent can ask us to delete a deal or their account at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Agents remain responsible for keeping their own copies of transaction files as their brokerage and state require.
Security
All traffic to thegoodtc.com is encrypted. Documents are kept in private storage, and dashboard and status-page links use long random codes. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't forward your private dashboard link. Claire never sends or confirms wiring instructions, and you should always verify wiring by phone with the title company at a number you already know.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Disconnect a connected inbox from your dashboard at any time.
- If you are on a transaction and don't want Claire's updates, reply and tell her, or ask the agent.

Children
The Good TC is a business service for real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If the changes are significant, we'll also email agents.
